How heavy can the dumpster be for pick up?
It depends on what size dumpster you have, the smaller the dumpster the less it can hold. We advise small to medium dumpsters for small heavy objects, such as shingles, because it limits the weight to a certain amount. If you make your large dumpster too heavy, it makes it difficult for our Delivery Experts to load your dumpster rental on to the truck. Some franchise operators use ‘all in’ fees which include a certain amount of tonnes for your dumpster rental. What size dumpster should I rent?

Minor waste removal projects require a smaller dumpster, so we offer and recommend our 4 yard dumpsters, 6 yard dumpsters, or 10 yard dumpsters. For hefty projects, such as restoring your home after a natural disaster, the 15 yard dumpster or 20 yard dumpster will serve as the most ideal selection. Great experience from start to finish. I called on a Thursday, the dumpster was dropped off on Friday, and then picked up on Monday at my request. They were extremely careful making sure the dumpster wouldn’t damage my driveway. They placed wood underneath it to protect it. I was able to easily dispose of some trees I cut down in my backyard. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them again if I need another dumpster.

Arranging for delivery was super simple. Both the scheduler and the gentleman who dropped the bin off were incredibly nice. Local Guide to Dobson Ranch
Dobson Ranch was once a sprawling cattle ranch. Today it’s home to one of the most beautiful planned communities in America. The roots are still there for all to see though and we’re proud of its pioneering history.
The old Dobson homestead is still standing. It now serves as the Ranch House Restaurant, one of the best eateries around. It’s a great place to dine and experience a bit of local history at the same time. It’s one of many great places to eat within a short drive of Dobson Ranch. The real reason we love living in Dobson Ranch though is it’s beautiful community design and focus on family living. There’s no better place to spend a Sunday afternoon with the family than down by the lakes. Just about every day is the perfect day for a boat ride and maybe a bit of fishing.
The community also boasts one of the best 18 hole golf courses around. We may owe our existence to the rapid growth of Mesa, but we have our own community spirit and besides, we have a better golf course!
Dobson Ranch is also located next to two major freeways, making it a great location to commute to the big city and still live in suburban comfort. Great shopping destinations, entertainment and major attractions are just a short drive away.
